Citrix: How to check the Web Interface version

To check the version of the Web Interface go through the following steps:

  1. On the Citrix server go to C:\Program Files\Citrix\Web Interface
  2. The folder name inside the above path will indicate the version of the Web Interface.

    If we know the link then, we will be able to find the web interface server by ping the link and getting the IP address of the link. Similarly is there any way to find the load balanced web interface server.
